How long does my order take?
Production times vary by product: Business cards: 3-5 business days, Custom t-shirts: 5-7 business days, Banners and signage: 7-10 business days. Additional shipping takes 2-3 business days.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept files in PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG and JPG. For best results, we recommend vector files (AI, EPS) or high-resolution PDF (300 DPI minimum).
Can I see a sample before printing?
Yes, we offer free digital proofs for all orders. You can also request a physical sample for an additional $15 cost that is deducted from your final order.
Do you offer warranty on your products?
All our products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, we will reprint for free or refund your money.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check the status in your account or contact us directly.
Do you have volume discounts?
Yes, we offer progressive discounts: 10% on orders $500+, 15% on orders $1000+, 20% on orders $2500+. Contact our sales team for custom quotes.
